HOME SELLERS REBATE
The Relocal Move program provides the homeowner not only a wide array of support when selling a home, it also provides a substantial rebate of the earned commission at closing:

(Relocal Move assumes a 6% total listing commission, split evenly between the buyer’s and seller’s broker. The actual rebates above are based on the 3% listing side commission paid to theRelocal Move listing broker. If the commission percentage is less, the rebate will calculate as 20% of the actual commission earned. Relocal Move cannot touch the buyer’s broker commission of 3%.)
